TCM is a millennial, and constantly evolving therapeutic system, proven to be very effective in improving the energetic well-being and general health of patients.
TCM practitioners do not focus only on the treatment of symptoms, but treat the underlying causes of both acute and chronic diseases. This makes TCM suitable for the treatment of a wide range of pathologies, as well as the regulation of a variety of organic systems, including:
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese Medicine healing technique that consists in stimulating the patient's flow of energy with very thin needles. Acupuncture's goal is to regulate the physiological functions and to favor the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
The World Health Organization recognizes acupuncture to be effective for several disturbances, including:
Each acupuncture session lasts 60 minutes and costs CHF 120.- (eligible for refund if included in your complementary insurance)
Cosmetic acupuncture: face lifting and weight loss, CHF 150.-/session ( or CHF 1'350.- for 10 sessions)
Massage is an essential part of maintaining a healthy, pain-free body and is a powerful tool in any holistic health plan. Massage can provide immediate relaxation as well as long-term results.
Reflexology is a collection of precise massage techniques focusing on head, hands, feet and ears that can provide a valid alternative to acupuncture. Amongst the main benefit of reflexology is the regulation of all physiological functions and improvement of nerve and blood supply to all organs and glands and the relaxation of stress and tensions that might be underlying causes of several diseases (cardiovascular or gastrointestinal problems, headaches, sleep or eating disorders,...)
Each session lasts 60 minutes and costs CHF 120.-
Mini massage break for busy people : 15 minutes/CHF 40.-
The aim of Qi Gong is to preserve our health. This is achieved through the fine-tuning of our inner alignment. Inner alignment is the key to our personal realisation and is the foundation of all the martial arts (e.g. Tai Chi).
Tai Chi is a martial art that uses the principles of Yin and Yang (Tai Ji) to get an advantage over your opponent. The practice of Tai Chi has positive effects on your health but that is not its sole purpose. The learning of Tai Chi Chuan is more complex than the practice of Qi Gong because it requires a combination of external and the internal abilities.
I started practicing both disciplines in 2015. Since then it has become a passion and a way of life.
I am currently member of Master Ding Academy.
